About this event

Take part in the European dialogue shaping the future of supportive care. How can artificial intelligence transform palliative care while preserving its deeply human dimension?

As part of the European HENKO NET project, co-financed by the Interreg Sudoe program, the Gérontopôle Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Bordeaux University Hospital invite you to a day of transnational exchanges to question, debate, and co-construct responses to this major challenge.

This conference will bring together researchers, practitioners, ethicists, user representatives, and policy makers from France, Spain, and Portugal to share their expertise and explore together the conditions for the sustainable deployment of AI—between technological promises and ethical challenges.

From the design of algorithms to their practical implementation, we will outline the contours of an innovation that respects human beings and is meaningful for supporting people at the end of life.
