About the menu :

  • Creamy Mini Brioche with Makemba & Herbes de Provence Warm toasted brioche filled with roasted plantain and soft cream cheese, delicately infused with Herbes de Provence.2 pieces per person


  • Pondu Velouté Verrine with Smoked Salmon & White Sesame Smooth African leafy green (Pondu) velouté with crème fraîche, topped with tender smoked salmon and crunchy white sesame seeds.(Gluten-free option)


BRUNCH MAINS

  • Reimagined “Poulet Mayo” – Chicken Brioche Soft brioche bun filled with grilled marinated chicken, mild roasted pepper mayo, sweet potato fries, and a fresh crunchy salad (romaine lettuce, cucumber, red onion).


  • Grilled Pollock with Tomato Sauce & Coriander Attiéké Grilled pollock fillet served with homemade tomato sauce, attiéké infused with coriander pesto, slow-roasted tomatoes, crumbled, and a green salade.(Gluten-free option)

DESSERTS

  • French Toast-Style Lemon Cake with Alloco Caramelized slices of lemon pound cake topped with melted dark chocolate, served with alloco (fried plantains) and fresh strawberries.


  • Millet Pudding Inspired by Dêgué, with Cassava Crumble & Orange Zest Creamy millet pudding (Dêgué) made with mascarpone and cream, topped with an orange cassava crumble. Served with banana, blackberries, and fresh kiwi.(Gluten-free option)
